Huawei saw two landmark judgements handed down in its patent wars against Unwired Planet in the UK, and Samsung in China. The former saw failure with the potential Huawei’s affected handsets to be prevented from sale in the UK. Whereas in Quanzhou, Huawei saw a home victory for their patents against South Korean rival Samsung.
