In relation to Kesha and Dr Luke, Kesha then retaliated with her own claim, seeking damages for breach of contract, on the grounds that Dr Luke had “sexually, physically, verbally, and emotionally abused [Kesha] to the point where [she] nearly lost her life”.
The two claims where due to be heard in New York next month but both parties have reached an out of court settlement to resolve the matter.

The details of these settlements have not been disclosed but both parties posted statements to social media in which it was confirmed that they “agreed to a resolution” of the case.
Both parties expanded on the joint statement, with Dr Luke reiterating his innocence and Kesha confirming her position that she was not aware of what happened during the alleged incident.
