Guardian quotes Lawdit

Its become quite a scam but somehow we feel the TCYK bandwagon may well come to a costly end. Its to hard imagine how many letters of claim

(if you can call them that) need to be sent and how much in the way of damages need to be recouped before TCYK covers its own costs in the region of £40,000. That said if 1,000 people pay £100.00 then its  £100,000. So you can see why TCYK has been so successful in the US in its trolling of potential copyright infringers.Â

Our advice if you have received a letter seek legal advice!
