Not so much Turkish delight Twitter banned

Now whether or not you agree with Twitter/ Tube or the other mediums banning is an incredibly stupid thing to do and always backfires.

So how is the rest of the world thinking about this?

Turkey’s stunning writer Nobel laureate Orhan Pamuk said Turkey “is going from bad to worse and even towards terrible”

Many authors including, Margaret Atwood, Karl Ove Knausgaard, and Salman Rushdie added their names to a joint letter from PEN International and English PEN which calls last week’s ban on Twitter “an unacceptable violation of the right to freedom of speech”.

The Twitter ban currently remains in place despite an administrative court order on 26 March ordering its suspension pending a court judgment.
