Crocs loses its Registered Design

The USA giant Crocs will have a unhappy Christmas. OHIM on 12 December 2007 upheld the application by Canadian company Holey Soles to invalidate Crocs registered design on the grounds that it lacked individual character.

Crocs will certainly appeal.
