‘Apple’ stays with Apple

The ongoing trademark dispute the Beatles and Ipod creator Apple has finally been settled. The dispute concerned the use of the trademark name ‘Apple.’ The new agreement reached gives Apple Inc all ownerships of the trademarks and allows them to continue to use the logos and the word ‘Apple.’ The settlement which has been reached means that both parties will be paying their own legal costs. Further details were not released concerning the agreement.
